USPACOM J7 — Victores Parati

U.S. Pacific Command, Joint Training, Exercises & Wargaming Directorate (J7) · Other · 2024-2026

When U.S. Pacific Command's J7 stood up as its own directorate it had no seal, so a member of the staff drew one. Seven stars for the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades — a constellation visible from anywhere in the theater — carry the directorate's number and echo the star on the director's collar, while two crossed javelins angle downward to signify readiness: weapons in hand, not yet thrown. The motto VICTORES PARATI, rendered by its designer as "we the victors come prepared," belongs to the shop that plans and executes INDOPACOM's Joint Exercise Program, Joint Training Plan, and joint force development across the largest of the combatant commands. This design was worn from May 2024 to May 2026.
