Operation Prairie Fire. Muammar Gaddafi had declared the "Line of Death" across the Gulf of Sidra — and the US Navy crossed it. Det Yankee, embarked aboard USS America, jammed Libyan radar as strike aircraft hit targets ashore. One of the most dangerous missions the squadron ever flew.
